VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland is globally networked, top class organi­zation of expertise. We offer versatile technological and research services to business and the public sector. VTT’s facilities in Kajaani focus on wireless data communication solutions for working machines and heavy vehicles, relative 3D positioning and energy harvesting. By wireless solutions we mean the internal data communication solutions of working machines and vehicles (busses, sensor fusion and point-to-point connections). Our aim is to replace wired data communications solutions with cheaper, more user-friendly and reliable wireless solutions.
